Q: Are utilities included?
A: Utilities are not included in the rental rates.
Q: How much will utilities be?
A: Utilities rates fluxuate based on time of year, size of apartment and personal atmosphere preference. Smith's Landing will be providing the most up to date energy efficient appliances and heating/cooling systems that equals cost savings to you. Smith's Landing will be all electric with no gas utilities. We encourage you to contact local electrical provider to give you an estimate on electrical usage based on your own individual living situation.
Q: Will pets be allowed?
A: We are accepting small pets. Some restrictions apply. Additional deposits required.
Q: When will Smith's Landing have an on-site representative?
A: We anticipate having a temporary leasing office established on-site by the end of February, 2008
Q: When will we be able to see the apartment homes?
A: We are scheduled to have the first set of apartment homes available for viewing by mid May, early June, 2008.
Q: What are the lease terms?
A: Limited amount of flexible lease terms available.
Q: Will there be enough parking?
A: There will be a minimum of at least one parking spot per resident with additional visitor parking throughout the community.
