The maintenance guy Smiths is wonderful! He finished his work fast and professionally, we are already satisfied with his work!

On this morning I contacted the Leasing Office because my heat went out after the blackout on last night. 15 minutes later Mr. Michael (Maintenance Staff) was knocking at the door. 30 minutes afterwards he had accessed and correctly repaired the unit. Mr. Michael was VERY polite, professional, and knowledgeable. You Sir are an ASSET to your trade and our community!!! Again, Thank You!!

I have been having issues with my AC quickly getting clogged, causing it to leak onto my floors and into the walls. Michael has been such an amazing help, from working to unclog the pipes, making sure my carpet gets cleaned when it dries, and removing as much water as he can. He always responds promptly to my maintenance requests and answers all my questions. He is honest about what is goig on and what to expect after he leaves. He is a great asset and so friendly when I see him around the complex. Definitely a favorite!!
